I’m a creative operations and project professional with experience across studio management, project coordination, brand development, content, and creative initiatives.

Over the last decade, I’ve worked across both professional and independent projects, developing a skill set that combines creative thinking with structure, organisation, planning, and problem-solving. My background has never fit neatly into one category. I’ve worked across the practical and creative sides of projects — supporting teams, coordinating people and resources, organising systems, developing ideas, and helping turn plans into something workable.

F. LHAF

LHAF are themed events based on an "offer and receive" concept. Focussing mainly on community and development, I structured each theme to revolve around individuals who may be experiencing a disconnect between where they're at and their creative identity. My background in event management has made the process both straight forward and an opportunity to offer support in areas tht often get overlooked.

C. NAAMIO & ODAAT — CREATIVE CONCEPTS & STORYTELLING

Exploring identity, creativity and personal experience through visual storytelling and accessible creative formats was the inspiration for NAAMIO and ODAAT. I planned each concept to reflect the value I place in authentic development and supporting creatives who have hit blocks in their practice.

B. NED, SM/LE & SALVILLAGE — PRODUCT & MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT

I developed physical creative products and concepts using collected, salvaged and repurposed materials. I built the ideas, product concepts, visual direction and development frameworks behind these projects including wearable creative products (ned), and collaboration-focussed wooden stools (Salvillage)

D. KO-LLAB, KO-BUILT & LHAF — COLLABORATION & COMMUNITY PROJECTS

KO-LLAB and KO-BUILT are all about collaboration. They are community-focused creative initiatives designed around participation and shared making. Kiin's main objective is to support developing creatives so the concept, plan and community outreach behind KO-LLAB and KO-BUILT were structured to bring people and ideas together.

A. KIIN — CREATIVE PLATFORM & LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT

I started Kiin as an umbrella for my creative practice, building its brand, structure, projects, services, frameworks and long-term direction. I developed the wider ecosystem around how creative work, resources and community could come together to support independent creatives.

E. THRD SPACE & SORTD4 — CREATIVE SUPPORT & SPACE OPERATIONS

These projects were developed with a dual purpose- to support my community and to act as an income source to further support Kiin. These practical services are focused on helping small and independent businesses clarify ideas, organise projects and improve physical working environments. I built the frameworks, processes and service structures behind both concepts, resulting in another way of connecting creative problem-solving with practical brand support.
