I’m Naomi, a creative brand support freelancer working at the intersection of storytelling, structure, and design. I work with artists, small brands, and ideas in-progress—helping them shape what they’re trying to say and how their work connects with people.
THROUGH HAND-MADE, THOUGHTFULLY CURATED FOUNDATIONS
SUPPORTING CREATIVES

My background has always been about balance. Balance between professional and creative, leading and supporting, making and managing. Although the positions I've held helped lay the foundation for how I wanted to step into the world as a project manager, it was my creative work that really shaped how I connect with people, build ideas into successful projects and tell brand stiories with understaning, passion and creativity.
I've built my career using the tools my previous roles have handed me, materials formed out of creative experience, and hands that have spent over a decade shaping, stacking and securing each layer to form a foundation I can proudly stand on today.
It may look a little unconventional but it's that unconventionality that attracts the people, small brands and creatives who identify with unique builds. The builds where blueprints are designed by hands that understand the best ideas are always evolving. The ones where materials are sourced based on a collective belief in ingenuity and that good things deserve to last but most importantly, the ones that have a team dedicated to real creativity, real ideas and real results.
I've spent years building a strong foundation - not to try and overshadow anyone but to have the perspective needed to help others see more clearly. To see what their ideas need to be built so they have an impact and to acknowledge why each one deserves a platform to have their story told authentically.
MY BACKGROUND SHAPED MY PRESENT.
MY PRESENT AUTHENTICATES MY FUTURE.

SKILLS: TRANSFERABLE

Validated
Through developing independent projects alongside client-facing and coordination roles, I’ve learned how to balance ideas with structure—understanding not just how creative work is imagined, but how it’s supported, communicated, and sustained over time.
Rather than separating creative and professional experience, this section reflects how both have informed the way I work—through communication, structure, experimentation, adaptability, and long-term project development.

What are tools without a solid foundation? What’s a solid foundation without the proper tools?

I believe how you carry yourself has a huge impact on who you attract. Similarly, how you present your work can attract clients who need a particular approach when it comes to their projects.
For that reason, I work best with the independent, the still growing and the developing. These individuals/ small businesses aren't in any way uncertain or indecisive when it comes to their vision, they just need someone to see what they see to help take them a few steps back to look at the bigger picture intentionally and with a plan

My approach has everything to do with what my hands have been building for the past ten years. Independently planning, crafting and executing projects from the ground up has taken a resilience and an appreciation for time that has really refined how I work with people and their ideas.
One might assume describing my approach as creative to be redundant at this point but what if i put it this way:
MY HANDS ON APPROACH.

My approach is creative, not because I've worked with artists or because my own work involves design, animation or illustration but because each project requires a fresh perspective, adaptability and flexibility in order to function. There's a fluidity that this sort of work requires so each client feels embraced, not boxed in. Ideas are at the forefront but it's the people behind those ideas I really try to put first.

THE FOCUS
Sometimes all you need is help getting things back on track. Balancing the day-to-day running of a business while trying to execute a project that’s meant to elevate your brand can quickly become overwhelming — especially when everything depends on you.
This package is designed for the mid-execution phase: you already have the idea, the direction, and the intention behind it, but you can’t stretch yourself any thinner than you already have. Handing the project over to me means having someone step in to organize, manage, refine, and support what’s already in motion so nothing falls apart while you’re trying to keep everything else running.
From timelines and creative coordination to campaign support and rollout preparation, I help make sure your project stays aligned with your vision while remaining manageable behind the scenes.
Perfect for:
Campaign launches that need structure and follow-through
Soft product launches and small brand activations
Pop-ups, installations, and creative events nearing completion
Brands juggling too many moving parts at once
Disorganized schedules, scattered assets, or unclear timelines
Creatives who need reliable support during the final stretch of a project
Founders balancing both creative direction and business responsibilities
Support may include:
Project coordination and timeline management
Creative direction support and visual consistency checks
Campaign rollout planning
Scheduling, organization, and workflow restructuring
Content planning and asset organization
Vendor / collaborator communication support
Final presentation and launch preparation
Ongoing check-ins to keep projects moving forward
THE PERSPECTIVE
You’ve been looking at your idea for months now. It has everything you need (you think), everything you want to say (you hope), but something still feels missing — and you can’t quite figure out what it is.
That’s where I come in. Sometimes all a project needs is a fresh perspective, thoughtful restructuring, and hands-on creative support to turn what’s already there into something that genuinely reflects your brand.
This package is about refinement. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what feels disconnected, and what needs to be reimagined so the final outcome feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your voice. Whether it’s a campaign, rollout, visual identity, or creative concept, I help bridge the gap between a good idea and a fully realized one.
Perfect for:
Projects stuck in the early to middle stages of development
Brands that feel visually or creatively inconsistent
Campaigns that need clearer direction or stronger storytelling
Creatives struggling to organize ideas into a cohesive structure
Businesses preparing to evolve or reposition their brand
Founders who need collaborative brainstorming and creative problem-solving
Projects that need support moving from concept to completion
Support may include:
Creative consulting and brand direction
Campaign planning and development
Visual and conceptual restructuring
Moodboarding and presentation building
Social/content direction and rollout ideas
Brand voice and storytelling refinement
Workflow and project organization
Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and missed opportunities
Collaborative planning sessions and feedback support
THE VISION
You have a vision in your head — something impactful, ambitious, and meaningful to both your brand and the community around it — you just don’t know where or how to begin.
These are often the projects that define a brand’s identity, purpose, and long-term direction. They require more than just execution; they need structure, intention, and someone who understands how to translate ideas into something people can physically experience and connect with.
This package is built for larger-scale ideas that need hands-on planning, creative development, and ongoing support from the ground up. Together, we’ll shape your concept into something authentic, organized, and reflective of the vision you’ve been carrying from the start.
Perfect for:
Brand-defining projects and large creative initiatives
Events, pop-ups, and community-focused experiences
Businesses launching a new direction, concept, or identity
Founders building something from the ground up
Multi-part campaigns and immersive brand experiences
Creatives who need both strategic planning and creative development support
Projects requiring long-term structure, organization, and rollout planning
Support may include:
Event and pop-up planning
Full campaign and concept development
Brand strategy and creative direction
Project mapping and execution planning
Team, collaborator, and workflow coordination
Audience experience and community-focused planning
Deck building, presentations, and pitch support
On call creative support and development planning throughout duration

THE GLANCE
Not sure what you need yet? That’s okay — that’s what this is for.
Sometimes you know you need support, structure, or an extra set of hands, but you’re not entirely sure what kind. The Glance is a consultation-based starting point where we talk through your ideas, goals, and current workload to figure out what kind of support would actually benefit you most and which package makes the most sense for your project.
May include:
A consultation call or creative discussion
Reviewing current ideas or project plans
Recommendations for next steps and support
Deciding together which package best suits your needs

Your project deserves the proper focus and the right perspective to bring your vision to life.

A large portion of the income earned through these packages is being reinvested into building KIIN’s first physical space — a long-term creative environment designed to support artists, makers, and people developing ideas at any stage.
Every project taken on helps move that goal forward while also allowing me to continue creating accessible opportunities, resources, and platforms for emerging creatives along the way. Click on the links below for more info:

Pricing is listed as a range because every project differs in scope, timeline, and level of support needed
I’ve intentionally kept pricing as accessible and flexible as possible, especially for independent creatives, small businesses, and people in the early stages of building something meaningful. The goal is to create thoughtful, collaborative support that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely useful rather than unnecessarily out of reach.
