The Fahl is a mini audio series about what it feels like to pause, pivot, or start over later in life. It’s a space to talk honestly about the guilt, self-consciousness, and “I should have done this sooner” feelings that often come with chasing a goal months, years, or even decades later than we thought we would.

This isn’t about regret — it’s about growth. Each story is proof that change can happen at any stage, and that moving forward at your own pace is still moving forward.
