Sortd4 You.

Sortd4 Peace of mind.

Sortd4 Good.

Sortd4 exists to help creatives and small businesses reclaim their energy through thoughtful, hands-on space restructuring. Using resourceful systems and practical solutions, I transform overwhelming, underused, and difficult-to-maintain spaces into environments that support the work you're actually trying to do.

**Sortd4 is not a cleaning service. I focus on organization, restructuring, workflow improvement, and resourceful space solutions designed to help spaces function more effectively.

Sortd4

Sortd4 was created from a simple belief: A lot of people aren't struggling because they lack resources. They're struggling because those resources have become difficult to access.

Over the last decade, while balancing creative projects, work, responsibilities and everyday life, I've experienced firsthand how quickly clutter, deferred maintenance and disorganized spaces can drain energy. Not because we're lazy or incapable, but because we're often focused on building, creating and surviving. Certain tasks get pushed aside until they become overwhelming.

Kiin was founded on the idea of resourcefulness—the belief that there is often more value, potential and opportunity around us than we realize. Sortd4 brings that philosophy into physical spaces.

Through thoughtful, hands-on space restructuring, Sortd4 helps creatives, independent businesses and busy individuals reclaim energy by improving the environments they work and live in. Rather than focusing on perfection or purchasing endless storage solutions, the goal is to make better use of what already exists.

To uncover what's been forgotten, improve what isn't working and create systems that are practical, sustainable and easy to maintain.

Every booking made through Sortd4 also contributes to Kiin's goal of establishing a space of its own—one built to support connection, collaboration and resourcefulness within the creative community.

Transforming cluttered, inefficient or overwhelming spaces into environments that better support the way you work, create and live.

Identifying, sorting and reintroducing forgotten, underused or inaccessible materials, tools and supplies so you can make better use of what you already have.

Creating practical, easy-to-maintain organizational systems that help spaces remain functional long after the initial reset.

What Sortd4 Offers

Reclaim your space. Recover your resources. Restructure your environment.

Every space reclaimed is energy returned to the person using it. One space at a time, we're creating room for what matters most.

Sometimes it's not the whole space that's causing stress—it's one area you've been meaning to deal with for weeks, months, or even years. Maybe you've learned to work around it, avoid it, or tell yourself you'll get to it when things slow down. The Reset is designed for those spaces that have become a daily frustration but don't necessarily require a full-scale overhaul.

Tasks take longer than they should, supplies aren't where you need them, and the space no longer reflects the way you actually work. The Rework is for creatives and small businesses who need more than organization. They need a space that supports their workflow, routines, and goals..

The Rework

This is for the spaces that have quietly accumulated decisions, projects, supplies, and unfinished intentions over time. Maybe it's a storage room that's become inaccessible, an overflowing workspace, or a project you've wanted to tackle for years but never had the time or energy to begin. The Recovery is a deeper, hands-on process focused on reclaiming spaces that feel overwhelming and restoring them to something functional, manageable, and useful again.

$750

A space that feels manageable again and supports your day-to-day routine rather than slowing it down.

Why are prices listed as ranges?

Every space is different. A supply closet that's become difficult to navigate requires a very different amount of time and effort than a fully packed storage room or workshop. To keep pricing fair, Sortd4 provides estimates based on the size, complexity, and condition of the space before any work begins.

You'll always know the cost of your project before committing to it—there are no surprise fees or unexpected charges once the work is underway.

FAQ

Sortd4 focuses on more than organization. While creating order is part of the process, the primary goal is to help creatives, independent businesses, and individuals reclaim energy through spaces that are easier to use, maintain, and navigate. Every project begins by looking at how a space functions, what challenges it presents, and how existing resources can be used more effectively before recommending additional solutions.

Not necessarily.

Sortd4 is built on a philosophy of resourcefulness. Whenever possible, we begin by working with what already exists in your space. Existing furniture, shelving, containers, and storage solutions are often capable of doing much more than they're currently being used for. If additional items would genuinely improve the outcome, recommendations can be provided, but purchasing new products is never the starting point.

Sortd4 works with a variety of personal and professional spaces, including:

  • Creative studios

  • Workshops

  • Storage rooms

  • Supply closets

  • Back-of-house business spaces

  • Inventory areas

  • Multi-purpose rooms

  • Overflow storage spaces

You're not alone.

Many of the spaces Sortd4 works with have been postponed for months or years due to competing priorities, limited time, or simply not knowing where to begin. The first step is a conversation about how the space is currently being used, what's causing frustration, and what you'd like it to do instead. From there, the process is broken down into manageable steps and tackled together.

Will you judge the condition of my space?

Absolutely not.

Sortd4 exists because life gets busy. Creative projects grow, priorities shift, businesses evolve, and sometimes spaces simply stop serving the people who use them. Whether you're dealing with a cluttered corner, a packed storage room, or years of deferred decisions, the goal isn't judgment—it's support. Every project starts from where you are now and focuses on where you'd like to be.
